Kim is the consummate professional and she is an absolute pleasure to work with. During the price negotiation she was courteous and provided information on the differences between purchasing in Qld as opposed to NSW (where I live). She organised inspections for us that fitted into our restrictive availability and recommended other professions to do both the building and pest inspections. The sale went through smoothly which again is a testament to her professionalism. Finally, she offered and arranged for someone to be present at the house to take delivery of a fridge after settlement which made the move in just that little bit less stressful. Thankyou.
