Before I appointed a real estate agent to sell my property in Scarness ( Hervery Bay QLD) I did my home work, because when I was purchasing, as an interstate buyer a few years prior, agents I contacted regarding property's I could have been interested in, hardly ever respond to my enquires, and after following up, a number of times, I was then told the property had been sold ! So when I was about to sell, I did a lot of homework, I called various agents, making enquires, about property they had listed , most went to voice mail, some called back a few days later, some never called back, and some answered the call, or at least called back within the hour! I did this a number of times, with various agents, on various properties And one became up the winner. Carter Cooper "Kim Carter" I also had other agents appraise the property, and knew how much I expected to achieve . Some said I was un realistic, some said it was worth more. Kim and Amanda Carter said if that's want you want, if we achieve that it will be the highest price ever achieved in your block, so lets give it a go! And I did, Kim and Amanda swung into action, lots of offers, lower than I would expect, but then the offers came higher, and in the end, achieve over, my so called inflated selling price! Kim and Amanda, were totally professional though the whole process, nothing can rattle these two, they are an amazing team, and did an amazing job, for me. Well done KC from the sunshine land
