We knew Jana was the agent for us five minutes into our appraisal. Jana had done her research on recent sales trends in the area and the type of buyer who would be best suited to our home. She offered an honest "first impressions" view (on our request) of the property and advised of one or two minor things for us to consider fixing/changing to make the home have that fantastic first impression. Our sale was extremely quick and this was due largely to Jana's understanding of our property and the particular prospective buyer to whom it would be suited. I would not hesitate in having Jana represent us in any future property sales we may have in the future.

I guess I was just lucky when I got Annette as my agent. Her guidance through the what was a particularly difficult settlement was second to none. Annettes industry knowledge, negotiation, communication skills helped me through the purchasing process effortlessly. I was appalled by the lack of professionalism and poor communication. Price negotiation was drawn out for an extended period. Numerous texts and voice messages were ignored. When finally able to reach Kim, her communication style was cold and abrupt. It's as if she was doing everything in her power not to sell the property. If I would have had other options I would have withdrawn my offer and gone elsewhere. I will not use her services into the future.

I live on the Gold Coast and travelled to Hervey Bay only once. Annette did almost everything for me, arranging new keys, cleaning, maintenance, removal of rubbish just to name a few.
