Maurice handled the sale of our Auntyies property at a time that was extremely difficult for our family. As we did not live near the property Maurice helped us suave 3rd parties to help get the property for sale. He did this with professionalism and kept us informed at every level of the sale. Thank you

Listens and lets you do the talking. This was my second real estate experience with Annette and she was on to it!

Very helpful and efficient despite complications with settlement.
Kim Carter
I bought my house in Hervey Bay with Kim's help in 2007 and she has recently helped me resell it as I have moved back to Brisbane. I would not have trusted Kim with the sale of my home had I not been really impressed with her professionalism and knowledge of the market in Hervey Bay. If you are looking for an honest agent who can be trusted to work hard to get you the sale (or purchase) your property deserves then you should give Kim a call! I'd certainly use her again!

We decided on Kim as our agent after reading her reviews. And they are correct! Kim is professional and quite knowledgeable about the Hervey Bay Area. I have no hesitation in recommending Kim to anyone looking for an agent in Hervey Bay region. We would quite happily engage with Kim when we want our next investment property.

Kim was wonderful in the quick sale of our property at Eli Waters. The communication from Kim was very much appreciated and we were kept up to date on the whole process. We would have no hesitation in utilising Kim's and Carter Cooper Realty's expertise in the future.
