We were coming up from interstate with only a short window to view properties, and Mel couldn't have been more helpful. She worked around our tight schedule, made sure we saw what we needed to see, and kept us in the loop the whole way through. She also got our application processed really quickly, which took so much of the stress out of the move. On top of that, she's a genuinely lovely person: friendly, kind and really approachable, so we never felt silly asking questions. She even gave us tips on local restaurants and things to see, which was a lovely welcome to the area (and has already saved us a few dud dinners!). We'd highly recommend Mel to anyone looking for a rental, especially if you're moving from out of town.
