I had the pleasure of having Maddie sell my investment property for me and I can't rave on enough about her and the team! I had everything that could go wrong thrown at me and Maddie just took it all in her stride. She took on the sale at the time we were renegotiating a short-term lease and due to the poor handling of the Property Manager, she inherited extremely upset tenants - not a great start when you reply on them to help with the sale of the house! Maddie bent over backwards to fix the situation and before I knew it the tenants were back onside and helping Maddie in every way they could (including completely re-arranging their home for 4 hours for a photo shoot - I have no idea how she managed to get them to agree to that!). The house sold quickly and for above market price. She negotiated exceptionally well and represented my best interests at all time. Whilst the house was under contract the property manager issues intensified and they resigned with only 10-days to go before the house was due to settle. I was caught in a situation where I needed to convince another property manager to take on a property for only 10-days (an impossible task). Maddie stepped in and saved the day again. She handled the tense situation with exceptional professionalism and even had to deal with a blank entry condition report when vacating the tenants and an exploding hot water tank! I can't thank Maddie and her team enough for an exceptional job! I'd use her services again in a flash and have great confidence that you too will get a similar quality outcome. I highly recommend her!
