My unit was rented by Century 21, and the rental staff were excellent, and nothing was too much trouble for the rentals manager, Michelle. My early dealings with the sales dept. were difficult, and I had to keep asking the above named Michelle to try to pass on my requests, which she always did. However, even towards the open house (weeks later) I was still trying to get certain things into the sales advertisement. Eventually though, it seemed that Maddie got things under control, and made a sale, which I was happy with.
