Aimee has been amazing to deal with helping us to manage two properties professionally and successfully. Her communication is excellent keeping us informed at every stage. Aimee is highly recommended. We chose to use Aimee after a recommendation for our first property and then chose to use her for our second based upon our positive experience

From the initial communication, the showing of the property, being led through the leasing process and then finally the handover of keys- Century 21 on Duporth excelled.

As a tenant coming from interstate Aimee made the experience of finding a wonderful rental easy. I was very impressed with the timely response to questions and the support to remotely inspect potential rentals. I would highly recommend Aimee and team, especially if you are moving from interstate. Also, there was a seamless handover to Sherrill, as our ongoing contact, equally as responsive and helpful.

My property was rented in only three days. A professional open house was conducted, and complete profiling was completed which allowed me to select the best profile to rent my property. The interaction with the agent was very informative and timely , I would recommend them over other agents that I had managing my property earlier, far more professional

We feel incredibly fortunate to have worked with Aimee during our rental experience. From day one, she have gone above and beyond to ensure that everything was seamless and enjoyable for us. Her professionalism is unmatched. She give us some documents that are detail-oriented, making sure that all of our questions and concerns were addressed promptly and thoroughly. She was guiding us through rental agreements, or simply checking in to ensure everything was going smoothly, their support made us feel valued and appreciated. In a market where good service can be hard to find, Aimee and Alicia stands out as someone who truly loves what they do and prioritizes their clients. We can't thank them enough for their kindness, dedication, and professionalism. They’ve set the standard for what a great rental agent should be, and we’re grateful to have had such a positive experience working with them.
