Aimee and her team restored my faith in property managers after taking less than a week to host a number of inspections and present us with a shortlist of several thoroughly vetted and suitable tenants to rent our townhouse. We were kept in the loop via daily phone calls and emails and had a signed lease agreement by the Friday. Her attention to detail, experience and expert advice on rental matters made the whole process seamless. Aimee's local knowledge of the rental market and contacts was outstanding. Our previous agent cost us time and a small fortune with their limited knowledge of trades to perform a range of renovations and maintenance, and significant errors occurred in under estimating replacement costs of fixtures and items damaged by previous tenants. With Century 21 we no longer have to worry about these circumstances again. Aimee and her team are highly recommended, and we are very happy to field any questions from prospective landlords thinking of using Aimee and her team at Century 21 On Duporth -Maroochydore.

We were trying to secure a rental from New Zealand, which was extremely challenging for us. Until we met Aimee! Aimee was really professional, helpful and responsive to our many questions and emails. I would recommend both Aimee and Century 21 on Duporth. We have successfully leased 3/32 Buderim Avenue, Alexandra Headlands and can't wait to move in. Stephen Neville and Paul Grace.

They provide a prompt , courteous service. I was told I successfully applied for the property in 2 days of applying. This was great , no getting stuffed around, paperwork was easy and the staff were very happy to help me when I had a query. I have dealt with a few other real estates and Century 21 have been by far the most professional and easy to understand, it's been a breathe of fresh air, a pleasure working with them.
