Over the past nearly 20 years as sole owner and landlord of 3/7 Mayfair Terrace, Arwen Street, Maroochydore I have always found Century21 to be of high standard in handling rent and other matters such as inspections and repair requirements and liaison with tenants.

C21 Maroochydore have managed my property in Sunshine Cove for about 4 years now - although my internal management team does change I have always enjoyed a good working relationship with them - they have always kept me informed about my property, are swift to reply to my inquiries and are punctual in organising any repair work needed. I have trust that they will protect my investment as well as ensuring my tenant is satisfied. Thankyou C21!

An amazing agency to deal with from the very start, from great communication, with and durning inspections to helping us organise our rental applications and have been happy to help and answer any of our questions since being in our new rental home.

My experience with Century 21 On Duporth has been very hassle free. As a tenant who has not rented for quite some time, I was a little anxious about the process but the team were very easy to deal with, helpful and communicated with me through the process. Certainly made things very easy for me.

There are no words to express our enormous gratitude to Mel Hueso and her rental team. They managed our property for approximately eight years and we cannot find any fault in the way they have done so. Their communication skills, professionalism & importantly their integrity deserves a special mention. Previously we had an issue with a very difficult tenant but Mel & her team had always been there to help us and to represent us at the Tribunal hearings. As we live interstate, it was difficult & worrying for us but she had always taken the time for us and to stand up for what is fair & correct for us. We would most definitely recommend Century 21 on Duporth to anyone who is looking for a very good management team for their property.

Wow! Made renting my townhouse such a breeze. My tenants broke lease and I needed to find new tenants. Liz & Megan were very professional, personal, experienced and helpful in finding new tenants at a higher rent with no gap between tenants. Highly recommend

Service has been good. Only area for improvement is the Exit Inspection being different to the Entry Inspection, show quite a few differences in what items are identified as needing maintenance or repair. Quite an expensive difference and confusing for an owner trying to do the right thing.
