Liz helped us secure a rental after we'd been looking for 3 months. She was quick responding to us and ensured we had everything together to make it a strong application. In this market, this was just heaven sent. Thank you Liz!

As we know it is a difficult to get a property to lease on the Sunshine Coast. Many agents show no empathy for people in this situation but Liz Calder was such a wonderful caring person and did her utmost to present the right people to the home owner. The whole process happened painlessly and quickly. I have already recommended her to a couple of my home owner customers with upcoming rental properties as I believe she works very hard for the best possible outcome for both parties.

For over 5 years now , as Landlords we have found Century 21 @ Duporth to be very helpful and proactive in all property management services, including assisting us, in getting our property back on the rental market . Their experience and advice has been very helpful, as we are remote to the property.

I have been renting out my Maroochydore investment property from 2014 to current time with Century 21 providing the property rental management. During this time I have had no issues and excellent tenants, with the property only vacant for a few weeks during the past 7 years. I would have no hesitation in recommending Century 21 On Duporth as property manager.
