Dealing with stressful times trying to find a home is a thing of the past on the Sunshine Coast! Mel and her amazing team at Century 21 Maroochydore took us under their wing and delivered a perfect result. With kids needing to be in a school zone, exiting dates set from our previous home and a list a mile long of things that we needed Mel and Liz went to work and got the job done. The dates lined up, the kids are close to school and we now have a beautiful house that we are looking forward to making into a home. Thank you so much for your help and hard work to make this all possible. A truely brilliant team.

Century 21 on Duporth has been our agent for a rental property for a number of years. The staff (Terri Lee and Liz) are fantastic - professional and responsive. Property inspections are done frequently and reports provided. I feel confident the property is being looked after. We recently had to get a new tenant and it was quick and easy. I could not recommend the agency more highly.

Aimee helped us through all of our applications whilst looking for our new rental home and always kept us informed as they were updated through the process. She was super lovely and professional, easy to get in contact with and helped us get accepted into the house we wanted most. We are incredibly happy with our new home and couldn’t speak any higher of her service, Thankyou Aimee!

in an area that I had absolutely no experience, I was faced with supporting my Mum in co-managing our home at Minyama. I honestly could not have imagined how much work and preparation was involved in managing both the home and tenants, especially when we were faced with our long term tenants l a ing and Liz and Peta dealing with the scenario of finding the perfect new tenants plus also the organising of a number of repairs and works to be done at the property before the new tenants move in. What Liz and Peta have done to help both myself and my Mum in getting all the work and quotes for repairs and maintenance done in this time frame is nothing short of miraculous. The communication and the attention to detail with workmanship on what we are wanting to get done within a price budget but also making the home very comfortable for the new tenants has been so easy and not once have I had to follow up with anything to check if work was getting done. Peta has been such an amazing support to me with giving me guidance and the best advice in an area that I didn't imagine I would be in but I now feel completely comfortable and relaxed knowing the management team at Century 21 have my best interest at heart which is all I needed to help me get through this period in my life. I can't thank you all enough!
