After searching for a place for quite sometime, it was a breath of fresh air to meet Liz from Century 21, a leasing agent who was honest and friendly. The whole application process was easy and professional and even the receptionist in their office is lovely. Thanks Team Century 21.

Looking at rental properties had been a stressful and daunting experience for us. On this occasion, we visited a property leased out by Century 21. Liz greeted me and my family with a big smile, and asked where I was from. She also gave me hope, by encouraging me to put a lodgment in, even though many others had already lodged their forms before me. Liz called me and we also I exchanged emails and with regards to the rental application process, making sure I had the correct information and seeing where I was at etc. I felt guided through the whole process, and was ecstatic when I was the successful applicant. In the office, all staff were professional, friendly, down to earth and very approachable.

My experience with Liz and Stacey has been nothing short of excellent. They were very professional in their communications and always are on the front foot giving options for solutions when any challenges came up. In this case, to get a new tenant for our property, the marketing, the selection process and the research behind the scenes was second to none.
