in an area that I had absolutely no experience, I was faced with supporting my Mum in co-managing our home at Minyama. I honestly could not have imagined how much work and preparation was involved in managing both the home and tenants, especially when we were faced with our long term tenants l a ing and Liz and Peta dealing with the scenario of finding the perfect new tenants plus also the organising of a number of repairs and works to be done at the property before the new tenants move in. What Liz and Peta have done to help both myself and my Mum in getting all the work and quotes for repairs and maintenance done in this time frame is nothing short of miraculous. The communication and the attention to detail with workmanship on what we are wanting to get done within a price budget but also making the home very comfortable for the new tenants has been so easy and not once have I had to follow up with anything to check if work was getting done. Peta has been such an amazing support to me with giving me guidance and the best advice in an area that I didn't imagine I would be in but I now feel completely comfortable and relaxed knowing the management team at Century 21 have my best interest at heart which is all I needed to help me get through this period in my life. I can't thank you all enough!
