Her style is very personable, realistic and compassionate, with a great capability to listen closely to buyer and seller needs and requirements, and to negotiate a win-win outcome for both parties. During a recent sale where I was the buyer, I felt completely at ease that Jodie would be up front with me about the situation, and would do her utmost to find a satisfactory resolution for all concerned.
