The most significant take-away I have regarding Melissa Anderson, is her overwhelming focus on becoming the best agent on the Sunshine Coast, and in the industry. She is outrageously hard working, and she has clearly been focused on becoming one of the most knowledgable agents in the area - however, her determination to become #1 is the biggest standout. And it just so happens that this aligns perfectly with a seller's goal to achieve the 'best price'. Whilst Mel is notably humble and down to earth, she takes enormous pride in achieving higher-than-market value prices, and selling in record time - and I believe she is one of the very rare and very few agents that would tell you NOT to take a deal, if she is confident she can get you a higher price.

Mel was very proactive, motivated. She was always respectful of my decision making timeframes which I really appreciated. Mel really tried to understand what I wanted however gave me very accurate advice around market value. Mel negotiated a price above what I expected and therefore was super happy with the result. If you are serious about selling you should use Mel as your agent, she's awesome!

I attended an Open H:ouse where Ryan was the Agent. I found him extremely helpful and informative. Over the weeks there were a few problems brought up with the Building and Pest Inspections. Ryan worked with me in resolving these problems and was always available to help. During this time he arranged for the tradesmen to attend to matters and liaised with the owner. Because of his professionalism I was confident in anything he advised me on. Not only is Ryan very good at his job but he is also a genuine and likeable young man with a lovely personality, he was always well presented in his personal appearance and I would highly recommend him to anyone either buying or selling their property.

Ryan provided a very professional and informative service with regards to the purchase of mum's unit from a deceased estate. Many hurdles were needed to be jumped and Ryan was very attentive and provided an excellent service to overcome the obstacles under these unusual circumstances when dealing with property in deceased estates. He was always available when needed and his attention to detail was reassuring during the process. It was a delight to work with Ryan and he negotiated well between us and the sellers, especially with regards to conditions of the contract. I would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone.
