Melissa excelled in a professional manner well beyond what would normally be required in her field. I am so absoultely happy with the house she helped choose for me. Melissa is a real gem.

Ryan provided a very professional and informative service with regards to the purchase of mum's unit from a deceased estate. Many hurdles were needed to be jumped and Ryan was very attentive and provided an excellent service to overcome the obstacles under these unusual circumstances when dealing with property in deceased estates. He was always available when needed and his attention to detail was reassuring during the process. It was a delight to work with Ryan and he negotiated well between us and the sellers, especially with regards to conditions of the contract. I would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone.

I am well into my Senior years and have bought and sold many properties in my life, and consequently worked with many Real Estate agents and Ryan is one of the very best I have experienced!! The property Ryan sold for my wife and I, was part of the deceased estate of a close relative, so it was an emotional time. In fact, we lossed 3 close relatives in 4 weeks, and our lives were in turmoil! I am also fighting Cancer, so a lot of time is spent in various medical facilities. On top of all this, not one, but two Wills were lost in legal processing causing delays, confusion, and much added work. I only include these dramas because it directly impacts my opinion of Ryan. Not only did he sell the property, but through his negotiating skill, persistance and caring attitude, he managed to maintain the sale contract with the original buyer despite the legal confusion and dramas. On numerous occasions he went well out of his way demonstrating an exemplorary service attitude as he assisted us get through this very traumatic time in our lives, for what was a comparatively small sale. It has taken almost 6 months to finalise the sale due to the confusion caused by the legal team, and during that time I have come to know Ryan very well. He is a delightful young man with strong business and personal ethics; very effective sales & negotiating skills; a caring attitude which is very rare, and who never looses sight of the fact he is providing a service!!
