Damien was very helpful when first contacted but after sale there was no communication unless we sent email. We were looking forward to meeting when we went up to Queensland but instead met an assistant that we had not dealt with. She was very friendly and we had no problems but we did email to say that we wanted to meet with him and he agreed.

We only met Damien once on this occasion, as he delegated the sale of our unit to Beazley and Sarah Beckman, Brock carried our initial contact and took some excellent photos for the various online sales websites which we believe were instrumental with the units successful sale. Sarah carried our the main client contact for the sale of the unit and we can not fault the level of professionalism that she showed to ensure a quick sale. Sarah & Brock kept us fully informed on the the progress of the sale. If we have one area of disappointment, it is that we believe the value of the unit, that Century 21 advised us should be placed on the market, was too low. After making several inquiries in the area we insisted that the unit was put on the market at $20,000 higher than originally quoted.
