I had another agent appointed originally to sell my property but they kept getting hung up on peoples perceptions instead of helping potential buyers to see the value in the property and the local area. Sue was so great to work with helping potential buyers, the tenants living in the property and myself as the seller. She is overall a great agent to work with and her knowledge is amazing of the property market and people in general. The team in her office are also supportive and helpful as well.
