I cannot thank Mel, Rohani and the team at Century 21 on Duporth enough, they handled a messy situation with my property and turned it into a great outcome. Their communication and professionalism was second to none and I would recommend them to anyone. Great work team.

I have not always been the biggest fan of realestate/ property agents, but the people at Century 21 (Duporth) are a cut above what I have experienced in the past as a property investor. We bought our Maroochydore Waters property through them and they managed its rental for a few years before we took personal control ourselves. They were always on top of everything with good communication, a great panel of local trade and maintenance people and generally provided a seamless service which reflected great local knowledge combined with obvious depth of experience amongst their staff. We recently put the place back into the rental market with them. I was incredibly impressed by their communication, suggestions and quick responses to any queries we had. I think it was local knowledge of the market combined with a very proactive and keen group of staff (from the principal to the day to day property managers) that really made a difference. I would highly recommend Century 21 as a great marketer and manager of rental properties in the Maroochydore area.

I’m a new tenant with Century 21 On Duporth and my agent Ane Fonura was fantastic. She connected with me on a personal level and kept me informed of my quick and timely application progression. I couldn’t have asked for a better agent. Thanks Ane!

Liz the agent showing the property was very personable which made the gruelling task of viewing yet another rental much more pleasant. I had been looking for around 6weeks for a rental and Century21 on duporth were on top (and on time) of their inspections, very responsive and helpful in updating me on where my application was in the process and in the follow through the whole team were great at communicating what was needed for my application.

Disappointed, given our ongoing history with them, that this time we had such difficulty having our requirements comprehended and accommodated. The process was uncomfortably assertive and rushed. It seemed to us more about meeting their targets than our requirements. It is too early to conclude if the latter have been met.

Every went very smooth from the right from the time I submitted my application, email responses were rapid and they were sure to help me fortify my application however possible. Thank you Liz and Sherrill.
