Nick was the representitive for a property I sold in Lutana, as well as aproperty I bought in Lenah Valley, so I guess in some ways I've seen both sides of the coin. Overall Nick was great, and I am very grateful for his help guiding me through that complicated and stressful process. He was professional, dealt with my tenants with respect, very contactable, and very able to give me the pep talk and/or professional advice I needed at points along that journey. He seemed to have a good measure of a person, and their integrity, which I imagine you need to have in that role, especially when recommending buyers to vendors. I guess I am not easily trusting of people sometimes, but I trusted Nick, and he earned that.

Bryce was amazing to deal with the whole way through the process. We are interstate investors, and he made the process seamless for us. He informed us about everything he could think of in terms of the area, surrounding areas, shopping centers being built nearby, infrastructure etc. When we had our face time appointment at the house he even took us for a walk around the neighborhood so we could try and get a feel for it.
