Harry the professional. Returned communication the morning after I made email contact. Shortly after that a sales pack was hand delivered by Annika, Harry’s trusty team member. An appointment was made and we had a two hour meeting explaining most importantly the process, the timeline and the marketing. Harry explained the market, likely pricing and possible outcomes. We met a great team who lined up the marketing, the stylist, the photographer, the video cameraman, the draftsman for the plan and the creator of the 3D tour of the house. At all time communication was maintained, everyone arrived on time and disruption was minimal. We approved all images and the description and the house was on the market on Monday. In one afternoon there were 3 tours before the open house, then the open house. We had an acceptable contract and the house was sold on Wednesday. It was so professional and we are grateful to be able to move on to the next phase of our lives.
