Kim was excellent to deal with in the purchase of our new home. He was responsive throughout the process and maintained high levels of communication. Kim was also knowledgeable and very helpful in addressing any of our questions. I loved that he called to see if the kids would like to put the SOLD sticker on the sign - something they were very keen to do. Harry has had contact with the writer over many years in regards to the above property. When I did decide to sell Harry was available to discuss any issues I had, offered his advise on the local property market and as such once on the market the property sold quickly. Although there were minor hiccups with sale Harry was able to assist and deal with the issues. I would/ will ask Harry to appraise and sell my present property should I decide to move.
