From the moment we met Harry, he was professional, friendly, very organised and he had a plan. When Harry presented us his plan on our first meeting which was approximately two months before our house was advertised, we knew he was the agent for us. The plan did not change from the first meeting, we knew which day the photos were to be taken, when our house would go online and when our first open home would be. This worked exceptionally well for us. Harry is very efficient, communication is excellent, all phone calls or messages were returned and we were kept informed and up to date along the entire process. Harry and his team's marketing is exceptional, in all forms, online and print. Harry is an extremely hard worker, we were very impressed and so pleased with how the whole process went. Harry sold our lovely house in New Town which we sold after much deliberation following a move interstate. He immediately made me feel comfortable and showed a genuine appreciation for the work that we had done over the years to improve the property. Harry has a great knowledge of the market and did not inflate our expectations on price, he gave a solid marketing plan which ultimately ended up with us obtaining a price well in excess of our expectations. Harry looked after everything for us in our absence as well so we can definately vouch for his organisational skills. If was still in Tassie I would definately use Harry again in the future.
