I had the pleasure of engaging Harry for the sale of a inv property located in Howrah whilst remotely managing the process in Melb. The sale took place with a 'NO BS' approached where Harry swiftly understood my business dealing methodology where he was agile and quickly adopted, subsequently won the listing over 3 other agents. A signed contract was presented within 24H after a market appraisal. This has got to be the fastest sale in the history of TAS from my view.
