As a reasonably frequent purchaser of property I get frustrated often as enquiries made to vendor’s agents do not get answered, calls and emails don’t get returned and follow up phone calls do not get made. Kim ticked all the boxes and the vendor got the sale - other competing properties missed out. If I was selling - when I do sell - I would happily employ him. As a purchaser he met all my needs .
