Headline says it all. Mixed result as the market in Hobart is not quite the same as what it’s usually like on the mainland. However I found the team to be professional, highly communicative and able to to formulate plans and strategies that gave me a degree of comfort, and I found this to be the case with Harry and Nick and all at Peterswald. My advise is to do your research on what the market is telling you, not necessarily what you want. Overall a good result and some relief.

From the initial enquiries right thru the inspection process, Going back and forth about questions of the property that the vendor only know were never a problem and was carried with the utmost professionalism and courteous manner. Texts or calls were returned promptly. I was at ease and comfortable to deal with him since our first encounter and has made plan to either re-engage him as our agent to sell or buy our next property through him. Highly recommend wether you are selling or buying.
