Kim is very nice and responsive. I talked to many agents before making decision and he is the only one who analyzed if my purchase price back in 2019 was reasonable and then calculated the sales price range based on that. Peterswald free stylist consultation which is very helpful when we prepare open home while living in it. Kim and Eunice worked together to help us sell the house in short term at pretty good price.
