We would highly recommend Jeff. What stood out, and was important to us, was Jeff's communication. He was prompt, clear, honest, returned calls/emails straight away and nothing seemed to be too much trouble. Jeff made the sale of our property stress-free. Thank you.

We chose Harry Coomer after great success selling our home with him six years ago. From that positive experience we have recommended him to countless friends and family. From our initial contact it was clear Harry was in tune with the current market, giving us realistic expectations. Harry understood the time, effort, and investment we made to present this beautiful home at its very best for the new owners, recommending the best marketing strategy for our home. The quality of all the marketing was to a very high standard and was exactly on point to showcase our property in the spotlight it deserved. This sale was also a breeze with Harry and his team (Annika, Phoebe, Harry & the marketing team) always keeping one step ahead of what ever needed to be done. I did not appreciate the value of having a team working alongside Harry. We were provided with four talented people working hard to achieve the best result, and that is exactly what they delivered! Their professionalism, teamwork, and collaboration were seamless; and I always felt like my property was on the very top of their priority list. Another area that Harry excelled, was his ability to always keep me informed and updated throughout the sale journey. This is something we continue to see as a valuable quality in Harry, in addition to his ability to build rapport with potential buyers, negotiate, and maintain communication with all involved - a real skill and talent. Not only did the team work tirelessly to give potential buyers every opportunity to view the house in the days before the open home; they were back taking more people through in the days following for those keen to have second or third inspections and submit contracts. The entire team's dedication and motivation to put in 100% was definitely noted and appreciated. We are very happy with the dedication and effort Harry and his team put in to achieve another brilliant result. We will continue to recommend Harry Coomer without hesitation. Thank you!

Harry and his team are exceptional at what they do. They coordinated the marketing of our property swiftly and professionally when we asked to launch earlier than expected! We were very impressed by the level of detail taken, including the photography, videography and 3D floor plan, which made our beautiful home look stunning! Harry was regularly in contact keeping us updated on the progression of the sale and made us feel like we were in very safe hands! We were under offer 4 days after the first open home and are very happy with the result! Thanks Harry and team!

Nick was amazing from the first time I called for advice on selling our home. He came across as very genuine and really knew the market. He was always professional, thorough and prompt with all communication and was clear from the start regarding the market and expectations of price. I never felt pressured and the advice on what to do around our home prior to selling was spot on and we had an offer within five days of being on the market and sold within ten days. The photos and video of the house were amazing and really showcased our property. I will be forever grateful to Nick and Luci for being so supportive during such an important time in our life - selling our beloved home.

I thoroughly enjoyed working with Bryce throughout the process of buying my first home. He was always professional, genuine and available to help in any way he could. He was never controlling or pushy, and worked hard to ensure that the needs of myself and the vendor were carefully considered and heard. I highly recommend Bryce for anyone that is looking to buy or sell a property in the future.

Overall Craig and Jess were personable and made the selling process straightforward. Craig’s years of experience showed through and whilst collective patience was required the result was as forecast. I would have no hesitation in recommending Peterswald, Jess and Craig.

Harry Coomer recently sold our rural property. We were given excellent advice on property presentation, pricing and strategy, we followed the advice and the result far exceeded our expectations. We know from our own experience that selling a home can be stressful but Harry and his team navigated us efficiently through the process like the professionals that they are. We highly recommend Harry Coomer and his team.

This has been our second opportunity to work alongside Harry and the Peterswald team, however on this occasion, we were first time vendors. What a daunting prospect... to sell our home, but Harry and his team were incredibly clear and efficient when organising all aspects of pre-sale, and his vast experience and market knowledge supported us every step of the way. We were confident from our very first meeting that we had made the right decision. Harry was highly professional, in constant communication, and advocating for our best interests at all times. I highly recommend Harry... you are a true asset in your field and I am so thankful for the seamless opportunity of selling our home with you.
