We were fortunate to work with Phoebe and Harry in the recent sale of our property. Their market knowledge, communication, guidance and professionalism was excellent. Most of our communication was with Phoebe who is a delight to deal with, her positive can do approach is never failing and we highly recommend her, Harry and the Peterswald team.

This is the second time Nick Morgan has kindly sold a property for us. Once again he didn't disappoint us. With the current market this time being a little slower, he still managed to secure a contract of sale within the price range he initially suggested to us. With his personable approach, frequent communication of each stage of the negotiation leading up to the final signing of the contract of sale, his professionalism was exemplary. Cannot speak highly enough of him and Peterswald.

We just bought a house with Bryce's help. This young man is passionate and helpful during the purchase. The response was quick. The negotiation was smooth. And most importantly, we bothered him a few times after doing the contract but before the settlement in order to measure the proper for our remodelling plan. He responded to our request each time. Recommended!

Sometimes having to many people involved can be a problem but I can say this was certainly not the case with Harry and his team. They worked together with care, honesty and with everyone's best interests in mind. Many thanks 😊
