He was great at follow-up and moving things forwards, to find a place that suited his client, and kept us in the conversation. Never pushy, but always available, Jesse had ideas and solutions that allowed us to buy a house that was 'almost outside' our reach. We would like to thank and recommend you James as you have performed above our expectations in what we would call a changed market. We spoke to you a while prior to listing and by the time our property hit the market the bubble had started leaking. We entered into an auction campaign and unfortunately the leak become greater and suddenly the market had changed. Throughout this your eagerness and passion didn't falter. Your negotiation skills enabled us to sell prior to auction whilst other properties still to today (6 weeks later) remain unsold. This wasn't due to us being pressured to sell more the fact that you kept us constantly up to date with buyer feedback so we could make an informed decision.
