Michael had a clear strategy to reach those whose budgets might stretch, have them inspect, identify those with possible or serious interest, build interest and momentum over the on-market period, and negotiate consummately. Both the strategy and the implementation were excellent. We chose Michael after a thorough process of engaging and interviewing a number of agents and insisting on talking to some of their recent clients (of our choosing). We are very glad we chose him. Some of the other agents have since described the result he achieved as "outstanding" - which is only fair, since it was way above the "most optimistic" end of the range of what they thought could be achieved.
