I purchased the property from Casey before auction and I was bidding aginst 2 other buyers. I set a deadline with Casey because I was going on holidays and he held up his side of the bargain. At the end of the process the vendor was happy with the offers coming in so when the other buyer wanted to extend the deadline Casey said no and accepted our very good offer which was the right thing to do.
