James was honest and straight forward to deal with. James, a good communicator, was fair and reasonable, when it came to negotiating a sale outcome he was efficient and calm. His knowledge of the market was sound although he did not use it to force a position but rather to give the purchaser information, to reach their own conclusions. I would recommend James to either a purchaser or a vendor he displayed a sound knowledge of the market and the area without pushing it down your throat in the egotistical manner so often associated with agents in the Manly area.
