We had narrowed down our search to two agencies/agents and Jesse from Clarke & Humel won the mandate due to the detailed preparation and research that went into his proposal to us. I won't give away his secrets here. From there the process was extremely quick and efficient, giving us excellent recommendations for stylists and convyancers and getting the property listed for sale in just one week. Jesse provided excellent updates after each open which allowed us to really understand who was competing for the property. He also kept us apprised of comparable properties that were in the market at the time and which way buyers were leaning. The final negotiation in the 3rd week before the auction resulted in us getting a price we were happy with, without the uncertainty of going through the auction. Again the communication and updates were prompt and detail and we were never left wondering what was happening. I would highly recommend Jesse to any vendors wishing to sell their property in the lower northern beaches district.
