In this booming market it would seem agents don’t need to do much work to sell a property. Despite making my intentions clear at no stage through the campaign did Michael Clarke engage me. Even on inspecting the property multiple times it was a fleeting hello at best as Michael ran out to his next open. Great his business is busy no issues there but common courtesy to a prospective buyer to understand their requirements doesn’t take much effort. Each buyer is a prospective seller in the future
