Real estate seems full of used car salesmen and bluster. James isn't that person. Calm and softly spoken he's the guy who knows his area and his buyers, and listens as much as he talks. He tells it how it is and works hard on bringing vendors and buyers together, to find the middle ground. If it's not right for you, move on next property. If it is, lets make this happen. Does all the usual things real estate has to deal with - being available at odd hours to answer silly questions or arrange access. Really solid character, someone you trust. I understand why he sells half the properties in North Curly.
