We listed just before COVID19 took us into lockdown and had it sold but the original buyer pulled out during the cool off period with the uncertainty in the market. Jesse pushed through the tough times while in lockdown and post covid pulled off a higher price than the pre covid accepted price and communicated well throughout the whole process.

We recently purchased a property that Jesse was representing. Generally he was extremely responsive to our queries and worked well with our buyers agent. He was forthcoming and honest and represented his buyers well. A huge plus also being that it was the only property we reviewed where they had purchased the Strata report for all interested parties and had the contract ready for our review almost immediately.
