We just sold our house “off market” with Michael Clarke and his absolutely outstanding team: Gavin, Emily & Jonathon. They are polite, professional, on the ball and work in sync like a Swiss watch. We interviewed 4 agents and Michael’s pitch was well above par. He did not overpromise any outcome and offered a clear strategy. Other agents warned us that we would not get Michael, but only his team. Well, we know we got Michael AND his team. They were doing all the legwork calling endless potential buyers. Michael then showed our home to 8 groups, 4 of which liked it and requested a contract and 2 wanted to buy it. We walked away with an unconditional offer 3 weeks after we had signed the agency agreement with Michael. I also want to say that the process with Clarke & Humel was different than our previous experiences with other agents. We didn’t have to ride the emotions as we didn’ t receive several phone calls daily giving us running commentary on who said what about our home. We actually didn’t hear much at all during the first week and then only had a call every few days when there was something real to talk about. We could not be happier with Michael‘s strategic advice, planning guidance and the stress-free sale of our biggest asset. Thank you to all the team!

We just went to see the auction and to keep in-touch with the Market. 3 hours later we signed a contract. Jesse made our big decision easy, he's knowledge of the building and area and his style of negotiations, all parties I believe walk away very happy. Jesse, job was to work for the vendor but as the buyer I felt well informed. As a vendor I would have been very happy with his job. I as the buyer I also was very happy. This has not always been the case in my dealings with agent. Credit to you Jesse. job well done.

From the first time I met Casey I was impressed with his communication skills, his energy and his absolute passion for his work. During the campaign he was in constant touch with us advising and guiding us through all the decisions that came up. Still undecisive whether making a sea change or staying in the upper north shore, I first met James in the open house. Not only attracted by the beautiful house with fabulous views, also I found it comfortable to talk with James and echo the feeling about living in the beautiful and friendly northern beaches, something that I have been dreaming of for a long time. Since then James has kept me posted of updates of the sale. While information of the property has been clearly conveyed in the open house, James has been very responsible to my queries. In post auction negotiation with the vendors, James exercised professionalism with great patience and passion to assist parties concerned, resulting in a sale that we and the vendors are both very happy. James, the vendors and my family had a good chat and photo taking after the sale.

Kingsley Looker what can I say the man is a genius in my eyes he is Mr real estate. When other agents told me my sale price was unrealistic he told me from day 1 if that's what you want I will get it and he did in 2 weeks. Jesse, was extremely professional. He was very clear when managing expectations of both parties. He gave al parties an opportunity to complete and when negotiations became a little more difficult he stepped in with sound advice which was balanced.
