Jesse was extremely transparent and kept us up to date at every step of the process, and was available at any time of day to chat. Leading up to the auction he put us at complete ease during what was a stressful time, and we had full confidence in his plan. Jesse was very thorough and honest in what to expect and the different scenarios, helping us be more clear on the day. In the end we sold the property for almost $80K above reserve and $260k more than we bought it just 24 months earlier! We couldn't have been happier!
