In the difficult lockdown Robert was always available with updates.
Robert from day 1 was knowledgeable, eager to answer questions and was professional throughout the selling process. Openn was an excellent choice for my property and Robert explained everything at each and every step. The final bidding stage was exciting and my selling price was well above what I expected. Lyle was very honest,and gave us all the relevant information.
Lyle managed to promote and advertise our house during a very difficult time in a Pandemic,he was restricted regarding open house,due to Covid 19 lockdowns and restrictions.But due to his persistence managed to attract potential buyers and sold our house during the most difficult of times.His advertising in newspapers and Television was spot on.I would recomend Lyle to anyone who wished to sell.
