good old fashioned skill
Tim has the ability to stay connected with both buyers and vendor, he acts solely for the vendor with their goals forefront in his mind and does his best to achieve that result. We first had contact with Tim when looking at a property under his listing, although we didn't purchase, we were encouraged by his professionalism, in acting for the Vendor, in getting back in touch with us with any concerns ASAP, which was quite refreshing considering the lack of contact we received from other agents within the region. We wanted that same professionalism when it came to selling, the phone call you don't return is the potential sale lost. We have a second house that will go on the market shortly, Tim will be acting for us with this property as well.
