I chose Collie and Tierney to sell my home as they had previously sold my partner's vineyard and we were very pleased with the result there. I also sought advise from a friend who had used Robert Stephens as an agent on more than one occasion. She recommended that I use Robert. Robert Stephens and Patrick Gray gave me a realistic valuation of my house and clearly set out a plan to sell it and the costs involved. Unfortunately, we were only able to have one open house due to the Corona Virus lockdown. However, Robert and Patrick remained very positive that I would be able to sell. They updated me with every new development and always gave me plenty of notice if there was to be a house inspection.
