The Collings' team in Ivanhoe has done a great job. I previously engaged Miles however my property was mismanaged and it wasnt a focus for them. Collings are always available (in and out of hours) and always are diligent. I highly recommend them

The team at Collings made my transition into the rental market an absolute breeze. The agents are super approachable, down to earth and the team has an amazing work ethic. My agent Caleb Pikoulas is incredibly responsive to emails, texts and is always a phone call away. As a busy person, I left virtually everything in their hands from e.g. research, rental price, inspections etc.. Most of the boys (now with girls on board too - well done!) grew up locally and possess keen insights in the local north market. Post-rental admin is provided real-time via an incredible app and questions are always answered within the day. In short, I cannot recommend Caleb and his crew at Collings enough!

Caleb and the team at Collings were very quick to come back to us when we initially enquired about renting out our home, and they were very straightforward with the information and process where a lot of other agents would not give you a straight answer on price or process. Within a week we had the property online, and after only one inspection they had a shortlist of tenants they recommended based on our requirements. In addition to this they are all very friendly and helpful to deal with personally. The whole process has been very smooth, we would absolutely recommend them!

I decided to go with Collings after meeting with Caleb and he made me confident in his abilities as an agent. I've owned a few properties and learnt that a good agent can make a huge difference and you put a lot of trust in them with your property. Caleb is very responsive to all of my correspondence and when my initial tenants decided to cut lease short, Caleb was very responsive and got straight to work on getting me new tenants even through the issues with corona virus and isolation.
