Great Agency
My experience with Collings has been outstanding. The Collings team is managing our properties and I have found them extremely helpful. Damien and Harry are exceptional, they have provided excellent service always professional and contactable at any time. Damien worked around my schedule to meet me during an inspection. Collings were great to deal with, my application for a rental property was processed within 24-48 hours, with the decision communicated 2 days after applying. Ellie was friendly and helpful and made the process much less stressful than I imagined.

Best agent in the universe. The truth
Been with cristian since 2015, before his real estate movie superstardom. To this day, still the same bloke (genuine, caring, always has time no matter how busy he is etc etc). He stands out from the rest, no sales fake persona like the many agents i have dealt with over many years dealing with them. And he has built a fantastic crew to boot. Highly recommend collings to any rental management and for buying/selling real estate. The utmost trust and confidence in this crew of superstars :)

Spiros' customer service is the best in the biz
In the height of the covid crisis, our tenant moved out of our apartment. We panicked and didn't know what to do - we considered selling and looked for an agent Spiro called me with a qualified buyer within days. He knew the building and knew the market. He spoke honestly and openly and was very patient with us. We were not sure what to do, and we flipped flopped and changed our mind several times. All throughout this, Spiros kept us informed as to where his buyer was, and did not pressure us either way. We got a very good offer. In the end it was purely a financial decision not to sell, but to continue to rent out our apartment. Spiro totally supported our decision and had photos done, and advertised up on line in days. On our first open he found an excellent tenant, at a higher rent than we had previously been charging. He has been the best agent I have dealt with. I highly recommend Spiros and the Collings Real Estate team

I'm very happy with how Luca & Stefan kept me updated and informed through the whole "finding a tenant" process.
