Open and excellent with communication
Caleb was always open and honest with us during the sale process with our apartment. Inspections were always organised with consideration of existing tenants and feedback following inspections were always timely and detailed. Caleb is an excellent professional and I would recommend his expertise if you're looking to sell.

Great service and results

Fedja recently sold our property in Northcote.
Prior to meeting Fedja I had my reservations about real Estate Agents. It took one meeting with him to completely change that. You couldn't ask for anything more, humble, friendly, hard working and on top of all that we created a real friendship. I Cannot speak highly enough of this young man.

Great agent!

Second to none!
Where do I begin?! Fedja is unlike any other agent I’ve ever dealt with before. I’ve always been quite stereotypical towards agents and I was instantly blown away by Fedja. His genuine and warm inviting nature is what has lead me to believe he is definitely not your average agent. I cannot explain how transparent and honest Fedja is. His knowledge in the field is exceptional. He is punctual and professional yet also knows how to have a laugh which is what we loved most about Fedja. The buying experience is supposed to be fun and exciting. He made it all that plus so much more! Ive come to realise Fedja does not stop working, even on a Saturday night while out at a party he was still answering our calls and texts. Spiros was caring , understanding and excellent and highly skilled.
I was so happy with Spiros he got my house sold way before auction with an amount I was happy with. He was always answering my messages and where didn’t straight away he did later. He treated my home like it was his and made sure I was looked after to. He was respectful to me and my home. I wish to thank him so much for all his hard work and care.
