Towards the latter part of 2011 my husband and I were looking to purchase an investment property in Laverton and had the good fortune of meeting Mr Sumit Miglani of ACE Real Estate. We visited him in his Laverton office and found him to be very personable, warm, friendly and knowledgeable of the property market and its dynamics. On his advice, we purchased a brand new investment property in Laverton from him in 2012 and engaged ACE Real Estate to manage the property for us. Sumit almost immediately found us a reliable tenant. Subsequent tenancy changes went through seamlessly and we had the property tenanted continuously. Ravish helped us buy our home. Ravish understands the need from a buyers perspective and was always willing to work extra hard to answer all our questions. We now know that he also makes a lot of effort to keep himself updated about the housing market, economy, rules and policies which helps a buyer who wouldnt have any way to find all these details. One very simple thing that a lot of agents miss and Ravish brings is efficiency, he is extremely good at returning phone calls, messages and getting the answer to any question within a very short period of time.
