I reached out to Ravish back in Oct 2018 looking for an investment property. Before proposing any properties we sat down and discussed what my plan was and he considered all that before looking at potential investments. He provided reports showing trends in different areas and we based our decision on that. After closing and occupancy he helped me find potential renters. It was a great experience and will be using Ravish in the future for further transactions.

Meticulously orgaised
The house selling process can be very overwhelming for owners due to risks around getting right market price and emotional reasons. Engaging Sunny took off the load from us as we were advised of the fair market evaluation of property and the inspection& settlement process was very well handled.
