We were looking to purchase an investment property in Laverton Vic and our search made it apparent that Vikram Pal and Sumit Miglani of Ace Real Estate Laverton were the most trusted in the area. In July ‘18 we flew down from Sydney to inspect some properties for sale. Vikram and Sumit met us at the agreed time and liaised with owners/tenants to allow us to view properties at short notice. In August we made an offer on one of the properties we inspected and Vikram played an important role in making this transaction a smooth experience. Vikram’s personable demeanour and local knowledge gave us confidence to deal with him and his office. After such a positive experience we have committed that any future purchases in the area will be made through Ace Real Estate who we have also engaged to manage our property.

In mid 2018 we were looking to purchase an investment property in Laverton Vic. After a looking at the properties for sale in the area it was apparent that Sumit Miglani and Vikram Pal of Ace Real Estate Laverton were the most trusted agents in the area. In July ‘18 we flew down from Sydney and met with Sumit and Vikram who went out of their way to accommodate our request to view properties for sale at the time. Sumit and Vikram liaised with tenants and owners who allowed us to view their properties at short notice. After pinpointing the property we wanted to purchase the negotiation was open and transparent where Sumit would work hard to get the best result for the vendor without pricing the home at an unreasonable level. After negotiating for a couple of days Sumit was able to close a deal which pleased both the vendors and us. Sumit’s warm and friendly temperament matched with his intimate understanding of the area he serves meant that the purchasing process was a positive experience for us. We hold Sumit, Vikram and the team at Ace Real Estste in such high regard that we have committed to have them manage this, and any future purchase in the area.
