FANTASTIC AGENT
I was the buyer in this case and even then Vikram and his team had full focus in getting my demands met. He is an absolute gem to work with as he listens to you and understand the rational behind your offer and queries. I would highly recommend him and his agency as they are honest, reliable and a bunch of happy campers to work it.

Ultimate Experience for Developer
Vikram provided us with Complete Package Experience for part time Developers like me. From sourcing the right property, right price & above all Right Permits. He understands the importance of timing and market movements. Guided us in every step and negotiated with Vendor to get the best outcome in this purchase. Even after the purchase, he helped us with Council requirements to do list and getting building permit. All Part Time Developers must seek his advise if you want to make small $$ on side. Knowledgeable Agent
After talking to agents in the area where we owned our investment property we selected Ravish to act in the sale on our behalf and we are so glad we did. After receiving a totally unrealistic sales appraisal from another agent Ravish gently and tactfully steered us in the right direction of our property's worth and proceeded to secure a contract within approximately 5 weeks. He kept us informed via phone and email throughout the process and went out of his way to assist us over and above normal sales duties for which we are extremely grateful. Professional and Attentive Agent!
We chose Ace Real Estate because they had a noticable presence in our area and Damon and Haresh courtiously introduced themsleves to us at a time when we were considering an agent. Damon impressed us with is local knowledge of the market and his communication and attentivness. Selling a home and negotiations can be stressful bu Damon was always easy to reach and if we missed a call he would always call back. I would not hesitate in reccomending Damon to sell your home. Attention to detail is something that Damon and Ace Real estate pay particular attention to and in the end the result exceeded our expectations.

Great Support and collaboration from Damon
We bought our first house from Damon last month and it was a great experience ! Truganina’s Best Agent
Ravish has restored my faith in Real Estate agents in Melbourne West. We were starting to get disillusioned when a lot of agents would not even bother to return our calls & respond to our messages.
