Great to deal with
Vikram was great to deal with. He was happy to show us through our house even on his days off. He returned our calls as soon as he could even when he was on holidays overseas. He was up front about the Vendor's expectations and very helpful when it came to organising Possession prior and settlement.

Professional, astute and second to none!
I was so pleased to have approached Vikram to sell my property in Laverton. Out of many shortlisted agents who gave appraisals, Vikram stood out to be very knowledgeable and genuine. I bought the property late September 2015 as an investment through ACE real-estate Laverton. After a moderate renovation, I was anticipating to take the property on the market mid-2016. And I should say Vikram’s in-depth market knowledge and sales strategies paid off as he suggested holding on to the property for a few months and indeed it did. We put it on the market later that year and to surprise us all he had an unconditional offer for the property within 5day!! I have been on both sides of the table dealing with Vikram Pal of ACE Real estate, as a purchaser and a vendor, the service I have had is second to none given his great negotiation skill, market knowledge, and professionalism.
