I had met with 4 Agents in Hoppers Crossing and the first impressions were less than impressive. The dialogue was very unprofessional to start of with and then I spoke to Sunny. He was very professional over the phone and offered to come and sit down with my husband and I to discuss what is important to us. Sunny came home at a time suited to both to my husband and I and gave a detailed run down on what is involved if we were to deal with him. He also shared his fees and timelines and knew that it was very important to us to be informed. We did not sign the initial acceptance letter and needed some time to think, at which Sunny was very understandable and worked with us as this as a major decision for us.
