Damien holds a Bachelor of Business degree with a major in marketing (ECU). For almost 25 years he has been a selling properety with some of Perth’s leading building and real estate companies. With a thorough understanding of current property and new home building trends, R codes, property law and local council policies, a passion for new home sales, market trends, product design and marketing strategies. The chance to join the ACTON North team brings Damien full circle back to the area where he grew up and now lives. With wife Maree, he is raising his son Luca in a familiar, happy neighbourhood filled with his own childhood memories. He has experience in every stage of the the property market, from renting, first home ownership, building, renovating and the investing stage, so he can identify and empathise will all the clients at whatever phase they are experiencing.

Yet again Damien and the team at Acton Belle have exceeded our expectations on the successful sale of this home. Damien was fast and efficient and kept us in the loop at all times.
