There were a few hiccups along the way which...
There were a few hiccups along the way which were entirely due to the buyers, but Sharlyn, Bev and Travis, worked together, went above and beyond what could have been expected to sort out the hiccups. Sharlyn - I do want to emphasise once again all the great attributes that Sharlyn brought to the sale of my property e.g. extremely professional, knowledgeable ( especially in the Floreat area) great communication, organisational, negotiation skills, nothing was too much trouble and she just got on with the job, worked exceptionally hard and hence made the experience for me / us very smooth etc etc etc. There is no doubt in my mind that there would be very few Real Estate Agents anywhere in Australia who could have matched what Sharlyn achieved for me.

Top Notch Operator
Damien was recommended to me by my settlement agent. He was thorough, efficient, helpful when I needed a tradie to fix a small problem with the house I was selling. He was always available and gave great advice when needed. He was very quick to get things done and paperwork was never an issue. He was very approachable and I can't fault his professionalism. All in all my sales experience with Damien was totally painless. I would highly recommend him and his team.

Patience of a Saint
Damien is easy to talk to, and hangs in there with you till the job is done. We had a long settlement with issues regarding finance and an unusual vendor, and he guided us through the process...all through the COVID-19 lockdown. He takes the time to understand both the vendor and the purchaser, and finds the middle ground.
